Irresistibles Français – French fans football national team
The project
In 2025, the Irresistibles Français association celebrates its 15th anniversary. For the occasion, we decided to completely redesign the association’s website. The old design is gone — replaced with a fresh look inspired by “football fans / supporters groups” to bring energy to their 15 years of history.
The work was extensive: we followed all the stages of the redesign process, creating wireframes, mockups, and a prototype before moving on to development.
Problem
The association’s old website was outdated, not responsive, and rarely used by members. Most preferred replying to emails to book tickets or order merchandise, with payments limited to bank transfers—causing inefficiency and weakening community engagement.
Research
- Identified pain points: poor design, lack of responsive access, and outdated payment process.
- Collected feedback from members about their expectations for a more dynamic, football-supporter–oriented platform.
- Analyzed user needs around community engagement, online payments, and easier access to association news and activities.
Solution
- Complete redesign of the website with a modern “football fans / supporters club” identity.
- Responsive site accessible on all devices, with news, photo gallery, team presentation, and association activities.
- Integrated member space with online ticket booking, merchandise shop, and secure credit card payments via Hello Asso.
Outcome
- Revitalized community life: members now visit the site regularly instead of relying on email.
- Improved accessibility, making the site usable anywhere, anytime.
- Boosted engagement and simplified processes through online payments, ticket booking, and merchandise orders.
