Alten – Welcome kiosk
Problem
The IT agency director at Alten Nord wanted to implement an interactive reception kiosk that would combine institutional information, job offers, managerial updates, employee testimonials, and other key content. The challenge was to design a clear, engaging application along with a simple and efficient content management back-office.
Research
- Analysis of the agency’s needs and persona definition.
- Creation of user flows to streamline navigation and prioritize content.
- Facilitation of workshops to co-design user journeys with the teams.
- Study of best practices in kiosk design and validation of user expectations.
Solution
- Designed the kiosk interface and its back-office using Material Design, ensuring readability and accessibility.
- Created wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to validate user journeys.
- Defined and managed the product backlog: user stories, sprints, and prioritization with developers.
- Supervised interns and supported development and testing phases.
- Key features: agency and group news, job offers, managerial updates, QSE, presentation of departments and clients, employee testimonials.
