GL Events – Events apps
The Project
To meet the needs of our event industry clients, mainly GL Events, we developed a solution: MOBIVENT.
With Mobivent, we were able to deliver, in record time, a mobile application fully customized to the event’s branding.
Problem
Event organizers, including GL Events, needed customized mobile applications to support their trade shows. The challenge: to quickly deliver a modern, comprehensive solution tailored to each event’s visual identity, while keeping costs and production time under control.
Research
- Analysis of recurring needs of visitors and exhibitors at trade shows.
- Study of essential features to streamline the experience: networking, agenda, mapping, conferences, practical information.
- Testing and validation with organizers to ensure reliability before publication on the stores.
Solution
- Development of Mobivent, a reusable and customizable mobile solution adapted to each trade show’s branding.
- Design of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, with UX expertise to ensure simplicity and efficiency.
- Key features: exhibitor list, 2D/3D maps, appointment booking, conference details, push notifications, networking via LinkedIn Connect, practical information, etc.
- Adaptation to the visual identity of each event (Conext Lille, Salon de l’Industrie, Salon M.A.D.E, CFIA).
- Creation of Mobivent as a white-label solution, in partnership with Adrien Serres (CEO of Wazapp), to optimize production costs and timelines for clients.
Outcome
- Fast delivery of fully branded and comprehensive event applications.
- Enhanced visitor experience through simplified access to information and networking.
- Reduced development costs and timelines for organizers with a turnkey, scalable solution.
- Adoption of Mobivent as a reference solution for several professional trade shows.
