JokerClub app – Casino Emeraude-Group
The Project
Casino Emeraude Group wanted support in its digital development strategy, notably by creating its digital loyalty service, JokerClub. This included a companion mobile app available on iOS and Android, as well as an Android tablet app installed on kiosks at the entrance of the casinos.
The goal was to provide customers and visitors with a more innovative and autonomous loyalty service. Depending on their loyalty level, users could access all current jackpots on slot machines or only certain ones. They could also view their loyalty points and exchange them for discount vouchers at the bar or restaurant.
Problem
Casino Emeraude wanted to modernize its loyalty program by offering a more engaging and autonomous experience to customers. The challenge was to replace traditional loyalty systems with a digital companion accessible both on mobile and in-casino kiosks.
Research
Solution
I designed and delivered the JokerClub digital loyalty program: a mobile app (iOS & Android) and tablet kiosk app. Features included loyalty account access, digital membership card, jackpot visualization, discounts, personalized news, and gamification.
Outcome
The new loyalty ecosystem boosted member engagement, simplified access to rewards, and modernized the casino experience—strengthening customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
