With Wazapp, we supported Decathlon in its global initiative to digitalize casting processes for upcoming advertising campaigns.
The Sportface app, available in 22 languages, was designed for the entire group’s employees — around 70,000 people worldwide at the time.
Through optimized UX design, we ensured the application was as simple and intuitive as possible, enabling widespread adoption among employees.
This mobile casting application, created to highlight employees internally for future brand campaigns, proved to be a real success in Decathlon’s search for ambassadors.
