Training Catalog – Softeam Institute
The project
As part of an internal mission, I supported Softeam Institute in redesigning its training catalog. I transformed a simple list of links into a visual catalog with thumbnails and logos, improved the UI with CSS adjustments, and updated the content on Dendreo. I also designed new Figma templates for social media and redesigned the trade show roll-up banner, reinforcing the institute’s consistency and visibility.
Problem
Softeam Institute wanted to modernize the presentation of its online training catalog. The previous version, based on a simple list of links, lacked clarity and dynamism, making navigation difficult for users and reducing the appeal of the offering.
Research
- Analysis of internal needs and learners’ expectations.
- Benchmarking of training catalogs to identify UI/UX best practices.

Solution
- Redesign of the training page: from a list of links to visual cards with thumbnails and training logos.
- Use of pictograms for trainings not linked to a specific language or software.

- Update and enrichment of training content on the Dendreo platform.
